Please Identify Yourself

This is my biggest pet peeve. An associate from one department not being able to help a customer in another department will just make this all encompassing page that a customer needs help without giving any direction as to what the customer looks like and where specifically that customer can be found.

I’ve been on the customer end, waiting for someone to show up, wondering how you all do that. I tried to look as confused and lost as possible.

It’s confusing for us too. All I ask is just page the department. Talk directly to an associate and tell them who to look for and where to find them. Otherwise there’s a chance that no one will respond to the page because there’s too many shoppers in the department to figure out who we’re supposed to be looking for, or perhaps the associates all think someone else is getting the page or maybe no one is covering that department in the first place.
