Ugh…a bad situation when they can’t let things go smoothly. Been there. Can’t remember how I solved it.
and i still say that she looks like an old pimp witch cracks me up ^_^
a classic retail conundrum. I hated that.
Sucks for whoever you are in this situation. This is where the manager (or another cashier) is supposed to step in and take the old lady at another register.
