There is typically a point during the holiday season where the stockrooms reach a point of critical mass. The shelves are so jam packed full of stuff you have no choice but to start stacking unpackaged boxes of merchandise everywhere and anywhere just so you can unload the next truck that contains even more stuff that has no place to go. There have been times customers have asked me to check the stockrooms for a product and I could see the product but couldn’t get to it without spending a few hours digging through all of the stacked up boxes just to get to it. Needless to say those customers were told that we were sold out at the moment.
