Reminds me of the day this lady came in to return two kids outfits, it was obvious they were wore, they had stains all over them, plus, there were no tags or a recipt. I knew they were from my store, but I decided to be a total bitch. I told her no tags, no recipt, no return. She stormed out, and I called the other store on the other side of town of warn them of her soon to be pissed off arrival.
