If I see a CSM in my department, I ask what they need and if I don't know the price off hand, I can find it and almost every time, we don't give them their version of the price. Get a manager involved and that's going to be a $39.99 vacuum. Oh, the shame of how the game is played. I've lost this game a few times. Especially when a woman saw some items on a peg with an old inventory sticker behind the blank tag holder. Not five dollars/cents. It was Dept. 5. She got management involved.
