Eh, it was pretty easy. I fielded about 60 or so calls in 8 hours, but granted I also had a ton of easy ones. (Hang ups and the like)
I wonder for how many more years it will even be relavent that nobody knows about computers? After all, in today’s world, having an e-mail is becoming as important as a phone number.
Yet, there are people still alive that know when the phone was the latest in modern equipment; the latest ‘must have’ accessory. You know…like that people mover contraption…the automobile.
