i agree with coyote. it’s much worse being the person ringing than the person in line behind this clown, who is, more often than not, a member of the red hat society, as chuck has so wonderfully pointed out to us.
Or stuck behind the checkout, smiling awkwardly while shrugging to the angry, angry people in the queue. So much anger.
