- Joyce
Joyce is an assistant manager at Bird’s Department Store. She has worked for Bird’s since high school and has worked her way up to assistant manager. She has an Associates Degree in Psychology.
- Lance
Lance is a part-time associate at Bird’s. He can usually be found wandering the Men’s Department but has been known to venture elsewhere. Though he is only part-time this is his only job.
- Craig
Craig is an area supervisor at Bird’s. He reports directly to Joyce. Craig is very smart and has great potential but is content where he is and has no desire to advance any further.
- Val
Val is a cashier at Bird’s. She has worked at Bird’s for a few years switching between working in the departments and cashier. She tends to talk a lot when she gets nervous.
- Adam
After graduating from college Adam didn’t have a job lined up. He decided he’d give retail a go and landed a part-time job at Bird’s. He wants to make the best of his new job believing his college education will help him get ahead.
- Dorothy (aka Dottie)
Dottie has worked in retail for as long as anyone can remember. She should have retired long ago but retail is all she’s ever known and is unwilling to give it up. She is known to have her “moments.”
